Jane and Jim

Jane and Jim is an adorable couple we meet in Freehold, Pennsylvania.
Me, David and his mother were on our way to a friends house close to Philadelphia.
>>Brumm, ziieerrr, Krlachbrumpitsch<< The car broke!
We quickly figured out it must be the belt and probably the power stiring pump.
Unfortunally it was sunday night by that time and there was no chance to get it fixed right away.
Thats when Jane and Jim showed up. First they tried to find us a chance to rent a car but even that was possible to find.
So they decided to give us an about 60 Miles ride to our friends house in Doylstown.
We asumed it was on their way anyways, but as we realized they are just driving us there we couldn't believe our luck!
It showed us how wonderful and nice americans can be!

Ich habe fuer die beiden mal auf englisch geschrieben, aber weil Jim ein bisschen Deutsch kann
schreibe ich die Rettungsgeschichte nochmal auf Deutsch!
Wir waren auf dem Weg nach Doylstown als ploetzlich unser Auto kaputt ging. Es war Sonntag Nachmittag und es gab keine Moeglichkeit das noch am selben Tag reparieren zu lassen. Da kamen Jane and Jim und haben uns einfach so fast 60 Milen nach Dolstown zu Freunden gefahren.
